Services / Cloud & Microsoft 365
Cloud and Microsoft 365, set up the way Microsoft assumes you did.
Most tenants were created in an afternoon and never hardened. We migrate, configure, secure and right-size Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — including GCC High for organizations handling controlled unclassified information.
Who this is for
Organizations moving off an on-premises mail server or a hosting provider, tenants that grew without anyone owning them, companies merging or splitting, and defense contractors that need GCC High and the documentation that goes with it.
We're equally comfortable recommending against cloud where the five-year numbers don't work — see our note on that — but when 365 is the right answer, it should be configured like it matters.
What's included
- Tenant assessment against Microsoft's security baseline and CIS benchmarks
- Migrations: on-prem Exchange, Google Workspace, IMAP hosts, tenant-to-tenant
- GCC High: eligibility, licensing, migration and CMMC-aligned configuration
- Identity: Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, privileged role separation
- Email security: Defender for Office / Google equivalents, DMARC enforcement, transport rules
- SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams structure that people can find things in
- Intune / endpoint management for Windows, macOS and mobile
- Backup of 365 data (it isn't backed up by default)
- Licence right-sizing — most tenants overpay or under-protect
- Azure and hybrid: file servers to Azure Files, VPN gateways, small IaaS footprints
- Google Workspace administration and hardening for shops that chose it
- Change documentation and admin training for your staff
How an engagement runs
- Assess
Tenant review, licensing audit, and a migration or hardening plan with risks called out.
- Prepare
Identity cleaned up, MFA and conditional access staged, pilot group migrated.
- Migrate / harden
Cut over on a schedule you approve; mail flow verified end to end; old system kept until you say so.
- Operate
Admin hand-off or ongoing management under a managed plan, with quarterly licence reviews.
Common questions
What is GCC High and do we need it?
Microsoft's US-sovereign cloud for organizations handling CUI, ITAR data or similar. If your contracts cite DFARS 7012 or CMMC Level 2, the answer is usually yes; we'll tell you if it isn't.
Will migration cause downtime?
Mail migrations are staged so users keep working; the final cut-over is typically an evening. We've done enough to know where the surprises hide.
Do you back up Microsoft 365?
Yes, and you should: Microsoft's retention is not a backup against deletion, ransomware or account compromise.
Can you fix a tenant someone else set up?
That's most of the work in this category.

Describe it in a sentence or two. You'll get a straight answer about whether we can help, usually the same business day.
