Managed IT with the response times written down.
A fixed monthly fee per user covers monitoring, patching, protection, help desk and the engineering to keep your systems healthy — so you stop paying for emergencies and start preventing them.

Plans are priced per user per month after a short assessment, with a one-time onboarding fee that covers documentation and clean-up. Month to month after the first 90 days; no auto-renewing multi-year contracts. Co-managed arrangements (we back up your in-house IT person) are quoted the same way.
Response commitments
Every ticket gets a severity when it's opened, and the severity sets the clock.
| Severity | Example | Response | Update cadence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Whole office down, server offline, active security incident, ransomware | 1 hour, 24×7 for managed clients | Every hour until resolved |
| High | One department blocked, email not flowing, backups failing | 4 business hours | Twice daily |
| Normal | One person can't work normally, printer, software error | Next business day | At resolution |
| Low | Requests, new user setup, questions, nice-to-haves | 2 business days | At resolution |
Response means a person has acknowledged the issue and started working it, not an autoresponder. Targets apply to Core and Complete plans; Essentials clients get Normal-severity response during business hours.
What "managed" means in practice
- An agent on every computer and server reporting health, patch state and alerts
- Operating-system and third-party patching on a tested schedule, with a rollback plan
- Managed endpoint detection and response, not just antivirus
- Help desk by email, portal and phone, with a ticket for everything so nothing is lost
- User lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding and access reviews, done the same day you ask
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration and licence right-sizing
- Backups monitored daily and restore-tested monthly, with the result in your report
- Firewall, switch and Wi-Fi management with configuration backed up and change-logged
- Documentation kept current in your client portal: diagrams, credentials, vendors, runbooks
- Monthly health report and a quarterly review with a 12-month roadmap and budget
- Vendor coordination: we talk to the ISP, the copier company and the software vendor so you don't
- Security baseline maintained: MFA, email authentication, admin separation, logging
Co-managed IT
Already have an IT person or a small team? We slot in behind them: the monitoring and patching platform, the after-hours and vacation coverage, the senior engineering for projects they don't do every day (firewall replacements, migrations, incident response), and the documentation discipline. Your person stays the face of IT; we make sure nothing depends on one set of hands.
Co-managed arrangements are quoted like the plans above, minus the help-desk seats your team covers.
Onboarding, days 1–30
- Week 1 — assessment
Inventory and risk review across devices, identity, network, backups and vendors. You get a ranked findings report.
- Week 2 — stabilize
Agents, patching, endpoint protection, MFA and password manager deployed. Backups verified or replaced.
- Week 3 — document
Credentials migrated into a vault you own; network diagrams and runbooks written; vendor contacts collected.
- Week 4 — run
Help desk live for all staff, monitoring tuned to cut noise, first monthly report scheduled.
Questions
What does it cost?
Per user per month, set after the assessment, because a 12-person law firm with a server and a 12-person remote marketing team are different amounts of work. You'll have a written quote before anything starts, and the price doesn't change mid-term.
Is there a minimum term?
90 days, then month to month. If we're not earning it, you should be able to leave.
Do you cover after hours?
Critical issues are covered 24×7 on Core and Complete. Routine requests are business hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 MST.
What about our existing hardware and software?
We work with what you have where it's supportable, and tell you plainly when it isn't. Nothing gets replaced to hit a sales target.
How is this different from a break/fix arrangement?
Break/fix pays us when things break. Managed pays us to keep them from breaking, which aligns our incentives with yours. Most clients spend about the same in a year and have far fewer bad days.
Can we start with a project instead?
Yes. Many managed clients started with a server refresh or a security review and kept us on.
Want the plan matched to your organization?
Tell us headcount, locations and what you run on. You'll get a recommendation and a quote, not a sales sequence.
