Working together
How do you charge?
Managed plans are per user per month after an assessment. Projects are fixed quotes. Ad-hoc support is hourly in quarter-hour increments after the first half hour. Everything is in writing before work starts.
Do I need a contract?
Managed plans have a 90-day initial term, then month to month. Projects are quoted individually. No multi-year auto-renewals.
Where do you work?
On-site in the Phoenix, Arizona metro. Remote across the United States for design, administration, support and development.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Mountain Standard Time. Critical issues are covered 24×7 for Core and Complete clients.
Do you work alongside an in-house IT person?
Yes — that's our co-managed arrangement. See the managed IT page.
How big are your clients?
Three to about 150 people. Below that we usually recommend a simpler arrangement; above that, you need a team.
Security and trust
Who holds our passwords and keys?
You do. Credentials live in a password manager in your name; domains, tenants, Play accounts and signing keys are registered to you. We get access you can revoke.
How does remote support work?
You start a screen-share, watch everything, and end it when you like. We never ask for passwords; you type them. We never cold-call asking for access.
What if something you set up breaks later?
You have documentation that lets any competent tech fix it, and you have us. If it's our mistake, we fix it on our time.
Are you insured?
Ask when quoting; we'll tell you plainly what coverage applies to the work in question.
Do you do compliance work?
CMMC Level 1–2, HIPAA Security Rule, and cyber-insurance questionnaires, as part of the Complete plan or as a project.
The apps
Why ads instead of a paid app?
Most people won't pay for a puzzle or a ping tool but will tolerate a banner. Both apps let you hide ads for an hour by watching one short rewarded ad.
What data do the apps collect?
Nothing by us. Google's ad SDK collects the usual advertising identifiers; each app's privacy policy lists exactly what and where.
Tell us what's broken, or what you want built.
Describe it in a sentence or two. You'll get a straight answer about whether we can help, usually the same business day.
